WEDDING // Rhiannon & Ben’s Brixton East Wedding

rb-236-online

I love these two so much – I love their sense of humour, I love how they couldn’t have been more excited, I love how they just laughed the whole day.

Brixton East provided the perfect backdrop to Rhiannon & Ben’s wedding earlier this year.  Foosball tables, confetti cannons, absolutely stunning florals by Heather Carpenter Floral Design . And don’t you just love Ben’s blue Beggar’s Run suit?

It’s always such an honour to photograph someone’s wedding, but when the groom is a brilliant photographer himself, it’s even more of an honour that they’ve chosen you to be part of it.   Thank you, guys! xxx

NIcky - Oh my, I love everything about this, that dress, the venue, the decor and of course the stunning photos capturing the day. Just perfect!November 4, 2016 – 3:28 pm

WEDDING // Katherine & Tim’s Town Hall Hotel Wedding

Town Hall Hotel Wedding_052-header
I love nothing more than a wedding full of emotion, and Katherine & Tim’s day had that by the bucket-load.

On a crisp, February afternoon friends and family headed to the incredible Town Hall Hotel to celebrate the nuptials of these two very lovely people.  Here is what happened.

Chris - So natural, the complexion and detail in the venue. Excellent work!December 7, 2016 – 8:58 am

WEDDINGS // Amanda & Andy’s Rustic Bluebell Railway Wedding

OUTDOOR RUSTIC BLUEBELL RAILWAY WEDDING_052
A wedding, in a vintage railway station’s tiny little waiting room, and then a ride on a steam train. I don’t think I need to say more, do I?

Big love to Amanda & Andy for having the most brilliant day, and thanks to the Bluebell Railway for being so lovely to work with. x

WEDDING // Sophie & Ian’s Brixton East Wedding

Brixton East Wedding_057
Sophie & Ian had the sweetest wedding / knees up / celebration  in one of my favourite London wedding venues, Brixton East.  I was only in attendance for 3 hours, but I don’t think I stopped smiling once in all that time.

They had a very personal, informal ceremony under the large clock with friends and family looking on.  I love how heartfelt their words to each other were – words that were purposefully written by them, for each other – so different to the standard wording at a civil ceremony!

Thank you both for being so wonderful to work with, and for trusting me to go to a dodgy bus depot for your couples photos! I think it worked out ;) . Lots of love to you both xx

WEDDING // Natalie & Ross’s Stoke Newington + Londesborough Wedding

Natalie & Ross Stoke Newington and The Londesborough Wedding_073

While putting together my Best of 2015 post, I realised there were SO many awesome weddings from last year I haven’t yet had a chance to blog.  Summer is a busy time here at KHHQ and while I’m shooting and delivering photos for my couples, things like blogging tend to fall by the wayside.  So…it’s winter…it’s a tiny bit quieter, and I’m determined to catch up!

Natalie + Ross got married in East London in May and it was a proper east end knees up / wedding /*Otis Redding (*check out their invites below for more wedding related cockney rhyming slang!).  It was just a brilliantly fun, relaxed, happy day and I loved being part of it.  Thank you so much to Natalie & Ross (and their gorgeous little girl Fearne!) for having me there and being awesome clients. xx
